Toncia Arnold
Toncia is a certified master makeup artist. Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, she decided to move to Atlanta, Georgia in 2017. She received her certificate in Makeup Artistry from New Skills Academy in March of 2019 and completed the Certified International Makeup Artist Program at Glam Lab Makeup Studios & Academy (Atlanta) in July of 2019. She is also a graduate of the Gwynnis Mosby Makeup Academy in December of 2021 where she earned her Georgia state certification in Master Makeup Artistry. Toncia first got into makeup after Hurricane Katrina at the age of 21...one trip to MAC cosmetics in The Mall of Louisiana changed her life!
